Actually rushing out the door to enjoy someone elses creative space today. I'm off to curtain school to learn to make roman blinds properly.
So my offering this week is my creative preparation (for saturday afternoon's HAC session):
-Kit bags
-Vintage basket filled with vintage & thrifted fabrics
-Vintage milk caddy filled with glues & cutting tools
I forgot to update the favourite space for last week (I'll do it now). I think that last week was our best ever week...lots of lovely, fresh, inspiring spaces.
My very favourites were:
myrtle & eunice
buttontreelane
74 lime lane
I'm looking forward to seeing what's in your space this week. Pop in & add your link if you're playing along.
The link man seems to be having a lie in...maybe try back a little later - sorry.
4:00pm: Still not working. I've tripped around from the comments so far so maybe that's the best bet for this week. You just need to make sure that your URL is included.

I love the look of an organised space! This looks great. Have fun at curtain making school! :) K
Have fun at "curtain school"!!
I love the vintage organizers! Sounds like you are well prepared.
Curtain school sounds like fun - looking forward to seeing them!
A sweet photo of creative loveliness, have a lovely day can't wait to see your blinds
Oooh, I hope you have fun with your cutain making. Roman blinds look tricky because there's the mechanics to consider too!
I am admiring your nice full bucket of pegs - there is no way I could have such a thing on view at my house. There would be pegs everywhere. The other day I even found someone trying to peg the poor cat.
Have fun at curtain school, looking forward to seeing the results.... wake up linky man!!
I love the pegging the cat comment - made my day. Pegs are everywhere in our world - certainly not so contained!

Hey! I haven't seen baskets like that since I was a little kid. Cool!
I also blogged a creative space entry... http://emjietreasures.blogspot.com/2009/07/my-creative-space_16.html
Curtains sound hard to me. I'm not good with managing large pieces of fabric. I wish you luck. I've rejoined the fun this week.
Inspiring even when on the run to curtain school! have fun and thanks for hosting this again...I started a day early to catch up with all you in Australia and the link is down... that's funny-is something telling me to go right back to my own time zone and not cheat?

I am sooo living that basket. What happened to them anyway, I wonder if anyone makes them any more! Good luck with curtain school, I would need to go to school for curtains to.

beautiful day to be out and about.

Loving the notion of Curtain School, although the logistics scare the bejesus out of me. Am convinced there will be an official looking certificate and graduation ceremony at the end...
I could get in your creative space and mess in up in seconds and I know I would have a lot of fun... Oh, I mean. How lovely and organised is you space... (rubbing hands together)
Will we see photos of this some one elses creative space? I am intrigued, what does a curtain making space look like?

How about some Cretean blinds? Or Visigoth blinds?
Hello Kirsty, wow you ladies get up to so much crafty goodness. Making blinds, wow. (side note: My bf is French speaking and sometimes he mixes up words when speaking English, it can be so gorgeous and also funny. He calls blinds "blinders". Sorry Bru if you ever read this!)
